We have lived in our beautiful bungalow here for the past six years, for all of that time our living room, despite its original hardwood floors, oriental rug, almost wall covering floor to ceiling bay window and beautifully hand carved wooden mantel/marble fireplace, never had its proportions right! I knew it was the existing rug! Although large and beautiful it didn't anchor the room. It needed to be at least 12ftX10ft - not an easily available size. But then I met you! The size wasn't going to be a problem, in fact you had a remnant that perfectly covered that area, plus enough for an additional rug for an adjoining reading room!
